Cancellation/ No show policy 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you in order to give you the best possible care  during your visit.

 Late cancellation or missed visit prevents us from ensuring that other patients or clients have access to the services they need. As such, we require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Cancellations must be done by contacting the clinic via email or a phone call.
